purple smoothie and igloo
a smoothie of the moment: lots of brambles (blackberries) about 3rd of the jug, 2 bananas, 1 mango, lots apple juice, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp purple corn extract and a random sprig of parsley left over from day before (you don’t taste it) – for best results Vitamix (or blendtec…)!
