Lucky lucky you! What a magnificent walk, just what I could do with! Though I suppose I could settle for a mince pie and a choccy santa too. Yum!
those trees! I envy you! My husband adores forests and when i showed him that pic he said it looks stunning. Then again, Scotland IS gorgeous, anyone who has ever been cannnot deny it! I soooooooooo want to rent out a log cabin with a real log fire and have a holiday again up there. We went on our honeymoon and were blown away by Glen Coe and fort william and mallaig and speyside (oh, and Edinburgh too lol as we flew up so travelled rest of way on a coach!). I get panic attacks and for many years now haven’t actually gone far away from where we live! But…. I AM going to Bonnie Scotland again as I am on the way up up up again and feeling better in my own mind again, yay! You are so lucky to have the stunning scenery on your doorstep. We are in a little town (it was on the tv last fri on that derren brown programme actually, if you watched it?) which is very pretty but more populated than the highlands… and sadly has alot of derelict sites and stuff. Anyway, don’t ever take the beauty of where you live for granted!
No, we don’t take it for granted. Hope you can make it up here soon Jade
It was a good walk
