I didn’t follow a recipe Margaret, just experimenting! It would be similar to the sponge cake recipe which you can find here – http://www.veganfamily.co.uk/cakes.html – with a tablespoon of nocaf and about 100g of walnuts added to it

Lucy have you bought from Real Seeds before? I have used them for the last couple of years, their service is excellent and I love their philosophy
