MULU Raw Chocolate

Wow. This is the best raw chocolate weve ever tasted. It’s totally smooth in texture which weve never experienced with raw choc before. Some of us girls sampled it together and it even went down well with one lady who usually prefers milk chocolate :) The rich taste and heady smell enable this product to easily compete with expensive roasted brands. Go see MULU’s website for more details and ordering :D

wish we had smellovision for you

dark bar and dark with raw cacao nibs

getting a bit arty with it

beautiful packaging

highly recommended!!!

off to add it to the chocolate room :D

Oh that looks to live for! I recently tried a bar called OM which was nice too – it has Goji berries in (yum!)

This looks slightly out of my price range at the mo, but I will definitly have to try it sometime – Im always looking for new raw chocolate! :P

My gosh it’s mouth watering just looking at the picture. :D

    You’re welcome Kaycee – it’s delicious!

It’s more reasonably priced than others weve tried, but high quality raw ingredients do cost more…

i just typed a comment and forgot to answer the question!! I hate the fact that you lose everything you typed if you forget to answer the question. Mind you I am on the wine (got my MSc result today)

  5. Lucy says:

That is unfortunate – the loss of comment, not your result!

I’ve tasted both Mulu and OM and to be honest they are both pretty unpleasant. Far too much agave, far too sweet and the texture particularly of Mulu can only be likened to what I imagine eating plasticine or lard. Enough to drive some to Cadburys for a better taste experience, perhaps. Exceptionally disappointed in both and they’re not cheap for an unpleasant experience. So far I find Conscious chocolate bar and Booja Booja raw chocolates better – however, still plenty room on the market for a decent premium quality and taste Raw chocolate bar. Enough to drive one to stepping into the raw chocolate making business !

I really love Mulu but not tried the others you mention.
