Sounds like junk food but these are raw and healthy and very tasty, just had them for lunch :)
1 courgette spiralised into noodles with something of this ilk
1 red pepper, cut into thin slices
a tablespoon of sunflower seeds
a tablespoon of nori sprinkle (Goodness Direct should have)
a tablespoon of olive oil
about half a teaspoon of curry powder
mix and eat

Sounds delicious! It’s funny you should post this I’ve been leaning more and more from Vegan to Raw Vegan – I even made a Raw Chocolate cake with ‘whipped cream’ last night.
I love finding more raw recipes.
Have you seen the raw lasagne recipe? It looks yummy though possibly a bit complicated – maybe after I’ve had some experience
Only problem with raw food is a lot of recipes require a dehydrator….
your cake sounds amazing! not seen the lasange, but I really don’t get round to anything too fiddly… we have one of the cheaper dehydraytors – the Stockli one, it’s quite good. Have made crackers and biscuits, and dried lots of herbs in it. There’s a great sounding wrap made with linseed and courgette that I’m going to try soon (from the Doreen Virtue book)
Oh I bet it’s delicious, I didnt know Doreen Virtue did a cook book!
A lot of breads or wraps (raw) require dehydrators and Im thinking it might be a good investment. Im eager to try make raw nachos + salsa and raw ritz crackers!
I always have lots of herbs left over so that would be good to be able to dry them.
it does dry them better than hanging up and gathering dust seems to!
