in the garden, from the garden

yum

A lunch weve been having often lately is potatoes and salad from the garden. Above are garlic potatoes (boil with mint sprigs, drain, then slosh in a little olive oil and chopped green garlic and do on a high heat for a couple of minutes, garnish with parsley) and salad comprising 3 types of lettuce, baby spinach leaves, beetroot, radish, nasturtium. Only thing not home grown was the olive oil :) Looking forward to increasing this trend next year.
