starter: honeydew and cantaloupe melons with pomegranate. main: chestnut and red wine pate encroute – a Rose Elliot recipe from Vegan Feasts; fennel and carrot in white sauce (mustard, tahini, stock cube in mix); roast potatoes; sprouts; sage, rosemary and onion stuffing; redwood offcut sausages with their cheatin rashers wrapped round; bisto gravy… pud: trifles – veggie jelly over sherry soaked sponge cake, custard layer, cremovita topped with carnival sprinkles finish: hotel chocolat log, raw sweets (blended dried apricots, raisins and brazils with raw carob powder, etherium gold and suma) and fresh strawberries… all accompanied by wines, champagne and shlower non-alcoholic bucks fizz
Playing with new toy this morning, it may be bigger pixels and pink but I think my old Nikon is better… maybe I just have to learn to use it properly of course
