Highland Burgundy – skins were slightly tough, think they would be better peeled and mashed (pink mash!) but all others were absolutely delicious, texture and flavour you just can’t buy…

Hazelnut and chocolate chip cookies (based on this cookie recipe but with half spelt flour)
