summery greenery

Gorgeous juice I invented when everyone else was out so I got the whole lot myself – now these are my regular breakfasts

romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery and apple green juice, green garden :)

Visited an open garden from this scheme – (similar one for England and Wales), loved the wild garden best:

poppy

wild wheelbarrow

walled garden

view over cliffs

Had nice time at Hazlehead Park:

old sign in ladies

Robert the Bruce giving the Freedom Lands to Aberdeen

in the maze

maze centre

crazy golf

bit of the course

pretty flower anyone?

pretty picnic

there's lots of old and new sculptures there

These are the Heraldic Lions – the stone was commisioned for the George VI bridge but then the second world war broke out and the bridge was erected without them ever being carved – they do seem lion-like up close.

Lions

Weve also been dazzled by colour at Pitmedden:

gardens

hares

geraniums

complex sundial

fugit that tempus does - had fun with the latin hedges :)

very pink!
