raspberry cream cake

so good

Basic vanilla sponge recipe like this one (minus the choc chips and pecans mentioned there obviously). Blend a punnet of rasps (keep some back for decoration) with a carton of Granovita’s Creamovita (this is really thick like whipping cream) and some icing sugar – fill and cover cake with this :D It’s VERY VERY good!

Mmm that looks delicious – that would make a great birthday cake for my daughter who will be 7 in July, loves pink and raspberries!
I used that recipe, adapted to be coffee and chocolate, for her dad’s birthday cake in November too – best vegan cake recipe I have found – thank you.

It is a great cake – still good today though cream looks at it’s best when freshly made. Very slightly separated looking today.

We also all used to long for the school holidays and dread their end too Becky – think all my friends do as well so it’s a bit of an assumption, maybe just jokey chat? house sounds lovely :)
