Fab cheap beanburgers recipe submitted by Jane (ages ago – so disorganised!) up on the frugal site here :D

I got all arty with the breakfast smoothie, which was very good by the way. For four people – punnet of rasps, handful of cashews, 2 medjool dates, tablespoon of raw cacao nibs, 1 avocado, red grape juice and water to cover:

liked the lines of the window sill here but really should of moved the bottle of tea tree oil - what's it doing there anyway?

then sacrificing the clarity of the smoothie to get Buddha in the picture...
