happy smoothie

Everyone agrees that this is the best smoothie ever made for breakfast so thought I should record what I chucked in there :)

(For four large smoothies): 1 large punnet of strawberries from the local fruit farm, 1 mango, 1 banana, quite a bit of pineapple juice and spring water – then these next are optional as the taste is already all there: handful of goji berries (didn’t like them much at first but love them now), a few apricot kernals and a dash of silver (an occasional addition). Yum, so pink and friendly somehow :) see our page on the wonderful Vitamix that makes our smoothies so smooth :)

Am now having inspirational thoughts about all the fruit in the garden… when it’s ripe… much smooth experimenting to be done :)
