We also found a mega patch of spawn up in the loch, sort of fenced off with reeds, and saw a tiny frog in a puddle… and it appears there are giant diving beetles in the pond. Daniel has now come in to read up on the evolution of, yes, frogs… Here he was earlier:

Other than that just a quiet Saturday – nipped to the library, really good living so close to it now.
