chocolate mousse: blend up tofu, icing sugar, a little vanilla extract and beat in lots of melted chocolate, pot up and chill in fridge for about an hour (the mousse, not you, though feel free to chill elsewhere). More detailed version of this and many other chocolate recipes here
and the music… A few days before we moved here, the lady from the house phoned to ask if we would like her piano… umm… YES please! It’s fab, quite old and beautiful. Charlotte and I are especially enjoying it.
