lighthouse

post of this title should really have a good photo to go with it. Sadly I am still a bit out of it with cold and on our recent HE visit to the Lighthouse Museum in Fraserburgh, I sent Daniel back to the car with the jackets. My camera was in my jacket. Yes, well. Happily I had it before entering the museum and we went for a look at Fraserburgh’s oldest building, the wine tower. It may have been a chapel at one time and a lookout:

not sure what this little thing was – was filled with smelly water and mystery floating objects…

and here’s the Fraserburgh shipwreck in the distance, dating from an insurance scam from last Christmas :) yes we learned about all sorts of things.

Was a nice trip to the museum, watched the film, went on tour up the Lighthouse - 4 families came. Had some chips in the cafe overlooking the sea. Felt weird being on that corner tip of Scotland and seeing in two directions across the sea.

Had a virtual trip to Cat’s Animal Crossing town the other night – most surreal, met another friend of hers there too. That game gets stranger and better :)
