sushi, muffins, court and angels

Had a couple of days doing mundane after holiday tasks and soaking up some sun. Really enjoying being back in my own kitchen – made some good double chocolate orange muffins (scroll a little there) which are going down very well. May even get organised and write up the recipe later :)

Today got lots of webwork done – added the sushi recipe to veganfamily with the pics and some books and bits. Got an updated version of the original angel cards in the Findhorn shop – had the old, smaller pack for years and it’s a real favourite. The kids like playing with these cards too so I bought a small pack in French which is quite fun for them.

One other place we visited on the Black Isle was Cromarty Courthouse – quite entertaining with an animatronic judge presiding over a court and you get to see round the old cells – definitely worth a visit if you’re up that way. It’s right next door to Hugh Miller’s Cottage.
