The hot weather has returned so we had a lovely summers day, mostly in the garden. The kids played an imaginary game with playmobil out on the grass for a while, we ate ice cream cones, read and did a really long walk. It’s a little known woodland trail and weve never gone right round it before so it felt like an achievement. Saw some Highland cows, lots of sheep, a couple of Shetland ponies (Charlotte took the picture below) and a really gorgeous house that I wouldn’t mind moving into right now. Lovely rolling gardens with an amazing treehouse construction backing onto woods. Something like that could tear me away from my streams!
