Dr. Who mania permeated this house last night. Two female friends of mine have mentioned the attractiveness of the new Dr. being a motivational factor in their watching it. I, of course, was merely admiring the fine acting and plot… averts eyes and looks shifty…
Had lovely morning walk in woods, shoved some stuff in a picnic bag and headed to Fyvie Castle for their family fun day. Frankly it was a little over-rated and not really worth paying to get into. A bit of fun was had on the old fashioned games though the best bit of trip was definitely talking to the very knowledgeable guides throughout the castle. Did feel a bit as if we were walking through an episode of Little Britain at one point but the less said… No ghosts were spotted today though the haunted area and ‘cursed room’ always feel very cold… probably due to them not being heated.
Now I know I left my clothes round here somewhere… gate, games, sticky bud, and look what we came home to – see there’s no glamour attatched to that chair in any way…
