Well, should be careful what I say on diary as it really did snow and still is. Had to cancel plans today and reschedule for later in the week. We went on a walk out of the village with Toby – so cold – took some winter pics – Lion with pots, holly in garden and then with Toby footprints, lake, snowy honeysuckle bush and a trampolineful of snow!
Other than walk weve been having quite a lazy day today – everyone happy to be left to their own devices. Lots of reading and game-playing going on. Can enjoy snow in a more relaxed way now – no desperate hopes for days off school that can be dashed by rising temperatures. Except we are supposed to be going to see a play tomorrow… hopefully 
Really blizzarding now.

A very well researched novel which, alongside Picoult's usual 'heading to a trial' plot, explores many facets of and perspectives on Asperger's Syndrome. The potential and common effects of AS on siblings is especially well documented here. As gripping and informative a book as 
a great storehouse of food growing knowledge from Dirty Nails :)
