Big Art today. Charlotte drew and cut out a big Christmas tree of textured white wallpaper – all painted it various shades of green. Then children made 12 baubles each (one did evens and one did odd numbers) for advent calendar doors and cut out 12 pics (the Sky magazine has finally found it’s true calling! Always knew it must have a use…) that they knew their sibling would like and stuck them in. Discussed lots of art and design stuff while looking through magazines for pictures. Shared out the remaining roll of wallpaper for big art of their choice – they each got about a 6 foot piece – it’s completely smooth on the underside and good for drawing. Charlotte has reindeer and sleigh so far and Daniel is working on a huge poster of endemic plants of various islands!
