google moon and muffins

Been sent some interesting bits – Google Moon – do you think they are passing comment on the moon landings by what happens when you zoom right in on them??? Quite funny. Also this site from the dept. of Chemistry at York Uni. is quite good – Science on the Shelves

Charlotte and I did some baking today. Here’s Charlotte’s Chocolate Chunk Muffins recipe:
(makes 12 large muffins) ingredients:
400g. self raising flour
1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
200g. caster sugar
100ml. sunflower oil
400ml. soya milk
100g. bar of dark chocolate, bashed to chunks in bag with rolling pin
dash of vinegar

Mix dry ingredients together, stir in the wet ones, vinegar last. Divide between 12 muffin cases in muffin tin and bake for about 20 min. at 200C or 400F… mmm… best once completely cooled so the chocolate pieces are not liquid.
